The Oncilla range is ideally suited to the processing of medical instruments and equipment. These new systems have a modular design allowing them to be used for edge preparation, surface activation and post treatment applications.

The units can accommodate medical instruments and equipment between 3-32mm diameter and 46-307mm (1¾ - 12”) in length.

Oncilla Development

As a robotic system, the Oncilla increases your product consistency through its enhanced monitoring systems, and is built with reliability in mind with its robust, prefabricated stainless steel cabinet. Offering single instrument processing reduces the machine’s overall footprint while the engineered access points reduce noise (75dBA) and cross-contamination between process steps.

Available in three core models, the Oncilla range is ready for Industry 4.0, and can be adapted to meet your capacities, batch sizes and cleaning standards. With proven process controls, you'll be able to consistently achieve the highest standards of finish quality, improving tool life and value.

The Oncilla range features patented blast gun innovation which allows users to follow cutting edges and helical profiles. These pioneering micro nozzles deliver highly-targeted blast streams to hone your instruments. In addition to helix blasting, the micro nozzle is much more economical and quieter to run, for great environmental benefits.

In fact, compared to other available nozzles, users can expect to reduce their compressed air and running costs by up to 80%. Making the Oncilla range flexible enough to suit all budgets and requirements.
